The Quill Kingdom (Rokadong: Sinyasan Fitáruvi) is a state that claims the majority of western Quillan. Although called a "kingdom", it is more of an empire, as it is comprised of multiple states formed when the Empire of Karan fell apart in Lua error in Module:Rokaselan-calendar at line 8: attempt to compare number with nil., which were united by the crown of Rauratoshan over the course of the Peska dynasty.
Etymology
"Fennril", is the name of an historic kingdom that ruled centuries ago. The name comes from Liðakuin fenna ril, meaning "red land". This name likely refers to the clay-rich dirt that dominates much of the area.
