The Quill Kingdom, formally the Great Kingdom of Fitárvi (Rokadong: Ténsinyasan Fitárvi), is a state that claims the majority of western Quillan. Although called a "kingdom", it is more of an empire, as it is comprised of multiple states formed when the Empire of Karan fell apart in Dúrisa 48, which were united by the crown of Rauratoshan over the course of the Peska dynasty.

Like the continent of the same name, the Quill Kingdom's name refers to a feather used for inking.
